ALAY SKIN & MEDICAL AESTHETICS BOOKING POLICY 1. APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TOWARD YOUR TREATMENT. APPOINTMENTS CAN BE BOOKED ONLINE, BY PHONE, OR IN PERSON. 2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING WE KINDLY ASK FOR AT LEAST 48 HOURS' NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT TIME WILL RESULT IN A FORFEITED DEPOSIT. NO-CALL, NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE FEE AND MAY REQUIRE PREPAYMENT FOR FUTURE BOOKINGS. 3. LATE ARRIVALS ARRIVING MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE MAY REQUIRE RESCHEDULING AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE. PAYMENT & REFUNDS WE ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, CASH, AND PRE-APPROVED FINANCING OPTIONS. ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AS RESULTS VARY PER INDIVIDUAL. 6. GUEST & AGE POLICY ONLY CLIENTS RECEIVING SERVICES ARE PERMITTED IN THE TREATMENT ROOMS. CLIENTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER. 7.
